KCM is the result of Mr. Klein's many years of experience on Wall Street and his recognition of the brokenness of many of Wall Streets financial models and business systems. KCM is infused with Mr. Klein's personal passion to bring long-term fundamental change to Wall Street, the market place and the way business is done in America and around the world.
In January of 2008, KCM Holdings Corp. became a publicly traded OTC / Pink Sheet company (OTC:KCMH / KCMH.PK). Unlike a majority of new companies, and as a testament to its business incubation services, KCM was profitable in both its first and second quarters. KCM has also implemented a sustained growth plan, opening offices in Dallas, Nashville, Calgary Canada, and Hong Kong China.
KCM aims to become a fully reporting Bulletin Board company in 2009.
Executive Team
KCM's executive team is lead by Donald Klein, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Klein brings his vast financial and business development acumen to the company. Mr. Klein is a proven leader in the creation of innovative revenue models that have provided substantial returns for his investors throughout the years.
Supporting Mr. Klein is Mr. Ed Kang, KCM's Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Kang contributes to the company's business development experience and skill sets, in addition to bringing extensive media and marketing experience.
Rounding out the executive team are:
John Steen, a Certified Public Accountant, Forensic CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner, who serves as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
Chad Lefevre, who serves as the Company's Senior Director of Strategic Development & Marketing.
